Synopsis

“Rabljeva freska” is one of the rare horror films filmed in Croatian and Slovenian Istria. It was directed by Anton Tomašič, with Roman Končar as an actor and producer. The story is set in a coastal town, where a group of people discover their dark history and repeats bad habits, running back to the Inquisition and witch hunt, until they experience love and forgiveness in some of the phases of reincarnation.

Despite being designed as an entry into the foreign market, it received poor reviews, and a planned distribution in Italy was never realized.
