Vižinada is located on a hill in the northwestern part of Istria, and offers one of the most beautiful views in Istria. It is a place of rich historical and cultural heritage. On the central square there is a cistern from the 18th century, a famous example of Venetian classicism, as well as the Stari Fontik from the 15th century with a relief of a Venetian lion.
