Synopsis
“Šterkijada”, written and directed by Igor Šterk in 2023, was made in Croatian and Slovenian co-production. This intimate dramatic portrait of the family of a legendary long-distance sailor Jure Šterk was told from his son’s perspective. The author uses the Mediterranean atmosphere and local landscapes to enhance the autobiographic tone.
