Synopsis
Crime and action drama “Je li jasno, prijatelju?”, a film debut by Dejan Aćimović based on true events about violence and police torture in Stara Gradiška prison, was filmed in Pula. It depicts how a quiet man Martin commits a crime and goes to prison, where he is surrounded by thugs, political prisoners, the mentally ill, and criminals. The story is based on a true story from 1980s, which adds authenticity and social criticism. The film won the Silver Award for the best first film at the international film festival in Houston.
