Savudrija is the westernmost point of Croatia and a famous tourist destination in Istria with beautiful beaches. The oldest active lighthouse on the Adriatic is located here, built in early 1818 and 36 meters high, and the Velika Stancija (Villa Cesare) is a prominent work of 19th-century Istrian country architecture.
