The Brijuni Islands are a magical archipelago of beautiful nature and a national park. They are located on the southern part of the western coast of Istria, and consist of 14 islands and islets, the largest of which is Veliki Brijun. At the end of the 19th century, they became a fashionable summer resort and health resort with famous guests, and the residence of Josip Broz Tito was also located there.
