Synopsis
The mystery thriller “Dig” from the NBC Universal production company follows FBI agent Peter Connelly who, while investigating the murder of an American archaeologist in Jerusalem, discovers a conspiracy which is over 2,000 years old. Although the pilot was made in Israel, the filming was relocated to Croatia due to conflicts in the Gaza Strip. Croatian cities in Istria and Dalmatia successfully replaced Jerusalem’s locations, and due to relocation, the director rewrote the script, setting the story partly in Croatia.
