Synopsis
“Här kommer bärsärkarna”, directed by Arne Mattsson, is an adventure comedy set in the Viking age about two conmen who misrepresent themselves as fearless berserkers and embark on a series of funny adventures. The film makes fun of the stereotypes about brave Vikings, combining history and farce. It was filmed in Lim Channel in Istria, whose dramatic rocks and water landscapes served as the perfect backdrop for Viking fjords -hence the long-lasting nickname “Viking Channel” for the area.
