Synopsis
The short film “Il confine è un bosco” is an intimate story about Ivan, a man on the threshold of old age who returns to his hometown to confront the feeling of guilt from his childhood. The border mentioned in the title symbolizes both physical and inner division, but also the transition between sadness and hope. It was shown at numerous festivals, including Oscar selection at LA Shorts Fest. It brings a powerful story about facing the past and searching for inner peace.
