Kanfanar is a village in the interior of western Istria, between Žminj and Rovinj, on a plateau above Limska Draga. It is a road hub, and the Pula - Divača railway also passes through the town. The parish church of St. Sylvester preserves the equipment and furnishings of the Dvigrad church. There are numerous hiking and cycling trails in the area.
