Kršan is located in the eastern part of Istria, nine kilometers north of Labin and is a place of rich cultural and historical heritage dating back to the 11th century. Kršan Castle, one of the best preserved Istrian castles, is located on top of a hill. It is surrounded by defensive walls, and the Istrian Watershed was found there.
