The spectacular adaptation of Michael Ende’s classic, directed by Christian Ditter, brings the magic and power of the story of the girl Momo, and the very first frame reveals the Pula Amphitheatre in the leading role. Thirty days of filming turned the Arena into a key backdrop for the story of the fight against the mysterious Men in grey, who steal people’s time. Momo lives at the fringe of the city, in the Amphitheatre ruins, where she discovers her power of listening and changing the world. The production strongly promotes Istria as an authentic and powerful filming location.
