Privacy Policy and Terms

All audiovisual materials used in the application are presented exclusively for educational, informational and non-profit purposes, with the aim of researching, safeguarding, presenting and valorising the film heritage of Istria. Their use is based on the Decision of the Istrian Region on the establishment of public interest, as well as on the competences and mandate of IKA–Istarske kulturne agencije-Agenzia culturale Istriana (Istrian Cultural Agency).

The texts and reviews within the film collection are original works of authorship. Their reproduction and copying are permitted only with the prior authorization of the author.
