Synopsis
The short feature film “Salt Water”, directed by Paula Magnano, was made in Croatian and Czech co-production as her graduate work at the FAMU. The story, in the Mediterranean setting of Istria and Kvarner, follows contemporary young people in the search for their own path through the prism of a psychological thriller. It explores uncertainties, the feeling of not belonging and decision making. The sound and music, by Andro Manzoni, amplify the authenticity.
